Small Meetings Manager
We are looking for a Small Meetings Manager to join our dynamic team within our Life Sciences Division. In this role, you will support the end-to-end development, planning and overall execution of events for a corporate client. This extends to attendee registration websites, communication and list management. Sound like you? Read on!
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of program planning and closeout for small meetings
- Source/contract vendors
- Design and build websites that provide exceptional user experience and maintain efficient backend management and reporting
- Create and distribute client-facing communication/documents
- Submit requests for services and supplies
- Adhere to all deadlines, turnaround timelines & compliance requirements
You're good at:
- Time management and balancing multiple priorities
- Being organized, efficient, and accurate
- Adaptability
- Being proactive and anticipating the next priority
- Effective communication with colleagues and vendors
- Proofing electronic documents/communication
- Cvent, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
You might also have:
- A college degree from a 4-year institution
Background and/or education in meetings and events industry

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Small Meeting Manager is between $50,000 - $63,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
