BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Technical SME - Servicenow Job for an opportunity!

Position Title: Technical SME - Servicenow

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: Nov 1st

Expected Duration: 6 months Contract to Hire (with possibility of extension or conversion)

Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Onsite

Pay Range: $75/hr - $85/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

Must have skills:

1. SAM Implementations hands on developer

2. HAM Implementations hands on developer

3. ITOM Implementations hands on developer

ServiceNow Developer ITOM/HAM SME with hands on ITOM and Hardware Asset Management experience.

Be able to work with stakeholders, Implement/develop OOTB ITOM Product with minimum supervision.

Define standards for ITOM/HAM inventory management.

experience with Scripting/Coding/Integrations and discovery, Certificate management, etc.

- Must have end to end understanding of ITOM OOTB Processes and features.

- Work closely with BA and SA to help with successful ITOM/HAM Implementation

Perform QA/UAT for data integrity.
