SIGN ON BONUS $750= $300 at hire & $450 at 90 days of employment
3rd Shift - Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Hourly pay ranges $17/hr - $20/hr
Summary
The following positions are available in 3rd Shift Production
- Thermoforming
- Spray Foam Area
- Measure & Cut
- Bending
- Framing
- Pitching
- Spray Booth Operator
- Laser Operator
All technicians/operators must possess good quality judgement for each process within the assembly area. All positions report to the production manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This list of duties and responsibilities will vary based on position and experience. The list is not all inclusive for any position as duties may change as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Custom thermoforming of bathtubs, shower pans and accessories
- Fabrication/assembly of custom shower bases and bathtubs
- Operation of forming machines and ovens
- Trimming and finishing
- Quality testing of final product
- Chemical spray of custom foam to the back of tubs and bases (Spray Booth ONLY)
- Operation of large machinery
Education and/or Experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, organized and positive warehouse environment
- Previous manufacturing/production/warehouse experience, at least 1 year
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced production environment
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
- Ability to be attentive to detail/ time management
- Ability to work in hot environment at times
- Reliable transportation method
- Forklift experience a plus (training provided)

During the performance of his/her work duties regularly lift up to 50 pounds and will frequently lift up to 25 pounds, such as removing materials from shipping containers.
