What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Support Specialist position at BCI?
We are a rapidly growing dealership in Normangee, TX area who is looking to add a full-time team member
Our goal is to find a person who can
- Work at our parts counter as a support person for the service department.
- Work with the Parts Manager to make sure the right parts are being ordered stocked so that the technicians meet their service needs.
- Work every day to improve the parts and service processes.
- Work with service to expedite any work that needs to happen in the shop
- Help to build a team of positive, motivated service professionals.
Depending upon your skills this position starts at between $14 and $16 per hour with bonuses based upon both service and parts sales. If you are ready to be a part of a great dealership, we would like to talk with you.

Experience:
- Parts department: 3 years (Preferred)
