Job Description Summary

This position will act as Project Manager for all UCC Project Recode Architecture Work Streams. The position will interface with cross functional stakeholders and project leaders to manage multiple projects within multiple Work Streams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES including the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

• Design/Maintain Project Tracking Dash Boards using MS Excel and MS Project
• Manage Work Stream Leads from UCC Division, Manufacturing Plants in Moncks Corner, Malaysia and Nogales, Mexico to assimilate project information on a daily basis
• Coordinate/Facilitate project update meetings
• Communicate via presentations project status to multiple project teams and leadership management

• Works with multiple plant financial controllers and other project leaders to administer budgets >$50M
• High Proficiency in Excel Pivot Table design and use
• High Proficiency in Project Tracking Dash Board Design
• High Proficiency in large database manipulation
• Ability to manage planning data for capacity analysis in multiple plants and supply chain simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Project
• Ability to travel to plants in Malaysia, Mexico and US
• High level understanding and use of Project Management Tools, Timelines, Budgets, etc.
• Ability to create and execution Power Point Project Summary Presentations

• Proficient in the use of a personal computer with high level of keyboarding skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Access.
• Strong interpersonal skills required in the areas of verbal and written communications,  time management and professionalism
• Strong information management skills
• Strong listening and assessment skills
• Strong analytical thinking, questioning & problem-solving skills

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum undergraduate degree (BS) in applicable field to support project management skills, Operations or Accounting
• 5+ Years successful Project Management, Operations, Accounting

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Must be able to speak and write English fluently; must be able to communicate clearly and accurately

• Must be able to understand legally and technically written standards, regulations, and procedures

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

High level data analysis using Excel

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to make independent decisions based on facts 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to travel to Malaysia, Mexico and throughout the US.  Employee may be required to sit, bend, stoop, use keyboard, see, talk, hear, and walk and stand on concrete surface for extended periods.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The individual will generally work in an Office environment with moderate noise and traffic.
