Job Description Summary
Provide support to facilitate progress within San Diego Plant Operations Programs. The individual will work both independently and in coordination with members of the PFT, Production, and Operations Engineering groups.Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop validation strategies
- Execute IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities
- Execute Test and/or Data Collection Protocols
- Perform basic failure investigations
- Support failure investigation activities
- Generate associated documentation for engineering change orders
- Provide general support for Operations Programs
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Requires a minimum of a high school diploma
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, and/or engineering environments, strongly preferred
Assets
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures is essential
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
- Familiarity with SAP, preferred
- Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Be a self-starter, quick learner with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- Interpersonal communication skills, written and oral communication skills
