Responsibilities

Manage/Own Small account(s)

 

Product Development:

  • Assist to review incoming quote requests to ensure basic info is provided by Sales
  • Ensure Artwork, tech pack, specs are clearly defined/aligned with Sales
  • Support supervisors on Approval sample review/comments, shared with respective counterparties 

    • Cost Negotiation/Validation:

  • Prepare first-pass ELC calculation, submit to supervisor for review/approval
  • Double check costing, MOQ, delivery details for Sales confirmation
  • Confirm commitment details before passing onto coordinators to create official PO 

    • Vendor Performance Management：

  • Responsible for gathering and negotiating lead-times, milestone deliverables
  • Ensure project requirements are clearly scoped, communicated and delivered
  • Negotiate with vendors for best costs, terms, discounts, freight, and co-op (VVD) support 

    • Calendar Management：

  • Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Create/Maintain Development Milestone Calendar
  • Production management: Product Test submission, Inspection arrangement, Packaging approval, Shipment booking/tracking
  • Track milestone progress, raise red flags (if needed) to achieve at least 95% on time delivery
