BDR is seeking a Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be working virtually from their home office with the ability for occasional travel (10-20%) to Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Role Overview
As VA continues to deliver critical services while multiple enterprise-wide system implementations take place, the VA Procurement and Logistics Office Integration Support Services (P&LO) requires a partner to advise across all task areas who has demonstrated experience with large-scale transformations, including electronic health record (EHR) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations.
Responsibilities
Deep subject matter expertise in the following:
- Supply chain management planning and operations
- Sourcing and procurement
- Category management strategy and implementation
- Medical device and equipment management
- Value analysis
- Organizational integration
- Supply chain technology strategy and implementation
- Change management
- Creation of a comprehensive Supply Chain Management Plan and Supply Chain Transformation Plan that leverage VHA’s experience to-date and consider additional needs for future planning
- Work concurrently across multiple workstreams to provide VHA with the ability to assess, evaluate, quantify, and effectively execute its supply chain transformation
Required Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information System, another related field or its equivalent
- 8 years of extensive program management experience leading federal programs/projects
- Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust level clearance or higher
- Experience with PMO logistics and Supply Chain management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- SCM certification
- Certified Scrum Master certification
