We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Director at be Collaborative Care’s Eating Disorder Program. As the Clinical Director, you will oversee all clinical aspects of the program, ensuring the highest standards of care and treatment for our patients. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to improving the lives of individuals struggling with eating disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the clinical team, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with the program's mission and vision. Oversees clinical aspects of the program to ensure quality and initiates any quality improvement that may be necessary between treatment team members
- Clinical Oversight: Oversee all clinical operations, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy sessions. Oversight of client development and progress and to ensure a team approach is utilized in the treatment of our clients.
- Program Development: Work with Executive Director to help develop and implement innovative programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our patient population.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in behavioral health care. Implement quality assurance measures to monitor and improve the quality of care provided in collaboration with the Executive Program Director.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise weekly treatment team Meetings to ensure consistent and effective communication Provide supervision and support to clinical staff, including psychologists, therapists, and counselors. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Training and Development: Coordinate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and community partners to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for patients.
- Clinical Documentation: Oversee the maintenance of accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Clinical Practice: Responsible for maintaining a small caseload
- Crisis Management: Provide leadership and support during crisis situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree required, Doctoral degree in psychology or related field (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) preferred
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health settings
- Previous leadership experience, preferably as a Clinical Director or similar role
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in eating disorder treatment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
