Chauffeur - Job Description

Seeking a driver to become a chauffeur and service our clients on a part-time basis driving our vehicles. This is a contract position, you will be representing our 5 Star brand. 

No professional driving experience is required as training will be provided. However, you must have been driving for at least the last 10 years. 

Busy season is here and you must be available to start immediately. 

You must love to drive and love meeting new people. Friendliness and flexibility is a must. We work 24/7/365. We have great customers and this is a great career with lots of fun if you do the job well. 

You will be paid ‘per job’. Most jobs are airport pick-ups and drop-offs. There are some sports events, concerts, dining out charters, trips to Orlando Airport and Disney World as well. 

You will usually know your schedule a few days to a week ahead of time, but there are times, especially during busy season that advance notice does not always occur.

You will be required to come to the office in Clearwater to pickup and/or drop off the vehicle you use after each job. The exception to this is if you have multiple jobs in a row, then you may take it home until your day is done “typically”. 

Job requirements:

MUST BE A MINIMUM of 35 years old due to insurance costs

Excellent customer service skills

Calm and rational under stressful driving conditions or time restraints

Clean driving history

Clean criminal history

No health issues that could create a driving risk

Capable of using electronic applications to map destinations, estimate travel times and process client payments

Capable of online research for the existence of en-route and destination hotels, restaurants, airports, rest areas, tolls, points of interest and details of all that apply are expected

Flexibility for changes in schedules due to unforeseen conditions (i.e. weather, cancellations, etc.)

Responsible for keeping the vehicle clean at the end of each job. The vehicle must be spotless and ready to drive without issues at all times and if there is anything found wrong to advise owner asap. There may be times we ask you to add fuel but you will be reimbursed immediately.

We supply refreshments and snacks to our clients which you will be responsible to assemble from our supplies in the office.
