Come join our family at Vacation Myrtle Beach! VMB manages 14 resorts; we are looking for a motivated, smart, people person to join our Accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to advance their careers in the Accounting field. Qualified candidates will also possess strict attention to detail and excel in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office-based products is also required. Experience with M3 is preferred but not necessary.
Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Sorting mail
- Posting owner checks
- Safe counts
- Daily deposits
- Daily Rollover in M3
- Scan invoices into M3
- Chargebacks
- 3rd party reconciliation
- Office supply order
- Reconciliation of credit cards
- Maintaining strict confidentiality always.
