Our goal is to give patients the freedom they have been waiting for by placing an emphasis on the healing power of love and connection.
We are currently looking for a Substance Abuse Counselor, with excellent communication skills, to add to our clinical team.

We are currently looking for a Substance Abuse Counselor, with excellent communication skills, to add to our clinical team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Completes comprehensive psycho-social and needs assessments
- Serves as the primary point-of-contact for Clinical Staff for discharges
- Maintains active files and networks for community referrals, specifically related to aftercare programs available to clients upon discharge
- 1 year of Case Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and an EMR Software
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
