Store Manager/Market Manager

Beaches Beauty Supply is seeking a Market Route Store Manager in our Billings MT location. Beaches Beauty Supply is the premiere distributor of salon professional products.Beaches is the leader in providing the best brands, education, and customer service to local salons and industry professionals.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Management experience in a retail enviroment.
• Demonstratedretail industry experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be highly organized, flexible, goal oriented and results driven.
• Understanding and general knowledge of product lines and ability to convey information to customers - we provide all training in product knowledge.
• Social media knowledge, understanding and usage.
• Manage a team, understand store needs, ensure policies and procedures are being followed and oversee all functions of the store.
• Daily customer interaction, building customer relationships.
• Growing sales, inventory control and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Meet merchandising requirements and store presence.
• Cash handling
• Basic computer knowledge
• Market route three days a month/after SM training complete.
• This is includes travel to areas surrounding Billings and to include a route in Billings.
• Training all employees per company expectations.

Beaches offers "life-friendly" hours! Monday-Friday: 8am - 6pm, Saturday: 9am - 4pm, Sunday: 12pm - 4pm.
