Responsibilities:
- Food Delivery: Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the respective tables in a timely manner, ensuring that all items are accurately presented and promptly served to guests.
- Coordination: Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless communication and efficiency in delivering food orders. Prioritize tasks based on order urgency and customer needs.
- Quality Control: Conduct visual checks on food items to ensure they meet quality standards before delivery. Alert kitchen staff or management of any discrepancies or issues with food orders.
- Table Setup: Assist in setting up dining tables with appropriate utensils, condiments, and tableware to prepare for guest seating. Ensure tables are clean and presentable before delivering food orders.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing any inquiries or requests promptly and professionally. Strive to enhance the overall dining experience by anticipating and fulfilling customer needs.
- Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization in food delivery areas, including food trays, carts, and serving stations. Adhere to food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a hygienic environment.
