Web Content Writer

Our client in Philadelphia is looking for a Web Content Writer to join their team. This will be a 1 year contract with likely extension.

Position Description:

• Write and edit informational pages for a large healthcare website redesign


• Gather information from subject matter experts to be consumed by target audiences


• Implement web SEO & Information Architecture best practices


• Adapt content to match a consistent style and tone

Required Skills:

• 5 years within content writing (writing must be part of their job experience)




• Experience writing informational web pages


• Experience working on a large website redesign




• Understanding of web best practices




• Working knowledge of SEO best practices


• Working knowledge of Information Architecture




• Understand grammatical rules & can follow AP style


• Ability to adapt writing style to consistently fit the voice and tone




• Ability to translate complex information to be consumed by target audience




• Experience independently gathering information and interviewing subject matter experts


• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
