Support Managing Directors :
Meet regularly with Managing Directors to prioritize weekly tasksManage and organize MD's email, providing prioritized supportPrepare daily calendars, confirm meetings, and manage reservationsCoordinate team meetings and KPI reporting with the Operations teamCalculate mileage, manage expense reports, and submit to AccountingSchedule and track internal team annual reviewsGreet clients and consultants for in-office meetingsHandle additional administrative tasks as needed
Support Office Team :
Provide backup support for other administrative roles during peak timesAssist with planning company-wide client and consultant events
Qualifications :
