Job Summary
Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Legal Records Clerk for an onsite, temp to perm role with our client in Vinings. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant legal experience. The ideal candidate will also be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment. Essential duties :
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic legal records and files.
- Retrieve, file, and archive documents in accordance with firm procedures and legal requirements.
- Assist legal staff with locating and preparing documents for legal cases.
- Manage document retention schedules and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Prepare records for off-site storage or disposal as needed.
- Handle records requests from attorneys, paralegals, and other staff.
