Position: IT Helpdesk Consultant
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Duration: 12 Months
This position is strictly IT phone support. Ideal candidate is expected to have at minimum experience providing IT phone support, possess good communication skills and MS Windows OS support.
Required Skills:
- Associates Degree with Course Work emphasis in computer science or closely related field.
- Minimum One (01) year customer service experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems with the ability to provide end user support and Instruction; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver's License throughout employment without any restrictions that affect job performance.
- Performs related duties as directed.
