We are particularly interested in attorneys with excellent academic backgrounds. Board Certification in Family Law is preferred but not required.
Successful applicants must be highly ethical, confident, coachable, detail-oriented, self-starters who know how to work hard and can work independently while demonstrating initiative and sound judgment.
Additionally, successful applicants must be able to handle a caseload independently from day one – including all aspects of client management, case management, discovery planning, pre-trial, and trial work.
A thorough knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Texas Rules of Evidence, and the Texas Family Code is required.
This position requires a J.D., Texas Law License, and 5 - 15 years of experience in Texas Family Law.
