Marketing Manager
Summary:
Help strategize and execute key marketing initiatives for a leading DFW-based financial institution. Beal Bank is seeking a savvy, eager, diligent, creative and data driven marketing manager to work closely with our leaders on the next chapter of our marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of multiple marketing channels, particularly the digital landscape, to manage the corporate website; drive SEM, digital and social media efforts; and deliver top-notch marketing programs.
This position is based on site in our Plano, TX headquarters.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
- Help develop and manage the execution of marketing, advertising and social media initiatives to drive customer acquisition and increased digital and social media engagement designed to meet business needs
- Work with management and other stakeholders on marketing priorities based on changing market conditions to meet business objectives
- Maintain and ensure the integrity and consistency of the company’s brand identity standards
- Provide market research, analytics and important campaign metrics, with insights on how to improve and optimize performance for both ongoing and future efforts
- Route marketing materials to internal stakeholders for input, review and approval prior to implementation
- Maintain primary and affiliate websites, including SEO/SEM, content management, testing and deployment
- Oversee external vendors on brand promotion and various advertising, digital and social media campaigns
- Take on additional marketing and related projects as assigned by manager
Qualifications (Education, Computer Skills, Certifications, Etc.):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
- Minimum two (2) to four (4) years manager level experience in a marketing, advertising, digital and/or social media capacity - either internal or agency account management
- Financial services experience preferred
- Knowledge of current marketing and advertising approaches, techniques and methodologies
- Exceptional communications skills, including to C-level executives
- Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, handle multiple projects and prioritize work as necessary to meet critical deadlines
- Positive, professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and analytical know-how
- Good working knowledge of all social media applications
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Working knowledge and aptitude for learning creative and content management platforms
