We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sign Shop Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality signs and graphics according to customer specifications and company standards. This role involves operating various production equipment, ensuring accurate assembly, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain sign production equipment, including vinyl cutters, large format printers, laminators, and CNC routers.
- Prepare and apply vinyl graphics to various substrates, such as metal, plastic, and wood.
- Assemble and install signs, including mounting and framing.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Read and interpret work orders and design specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project completion.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing materials.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sign production or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with sign production equipment and software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical ability to lift and carry materials and stand for extended periods.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
