Behavior Education Analysis & Research LLC
BEAR LLC is looking for a qualified individual to perform as a Behavior Instructor. At BEAR LLC we work in family’s homes with toddlers, children, and teenagers, diagnosed with developmental disabilities and those in need of behavior modification using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).
*Detailed Training before you start in the clients home and training continues in the clients home with Board Certified Behavior Analysts on a regular basis*
Prerequisites
- Minimum 2 years experience working with children in a professional environment.
- Must pass background check (DOJ, FBI)
- The position of Behavior Instructor includes but is not limited to the following duties;
- Teaching language skills
- Teaching play skills such as pretend play, social play, independent play.
- Teaching attending skills and learning how to learn
- Reduce challenging behaviors using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Participate in clinical trainings with Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians and ABA paraprofessionals.
Compensation
- Between $20-$25 per hour DOE, education and credentials (i.e., RBT, QAS, BCaBA)
- Health Benefits available for full-time Behavior Interventionists
- Supervision for experience hours to become a BCBA
