What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser/Dishwasher/Food Prep - Winter 2020/2021 position at Bear Valley Mountain Resort?
Job Description
- Help to prepare kitchen and appliances for daily operation
- Follows food safety and sanitation procedures
- Washes dishes and busses tables
- Restocks food supplies when necessary including condiments, candy, chips, etc…
- Prepares food for the day when necessary
- Cleans cookware and appliances
- Maintains cleanliness of sink areas during daily operation
- Restocks soda coolers when necessary
- Gathers and cleans food trays
- Cleans small messes and spills
- Assists food and beverage manager with daily preparation when necessary
- Inform food and beverage manager when food items need to be ordered
- Other duties as assigned
