Bearon Manufacturing is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Landisville, PA! Working as a full-time customer service representative in a sales support role, you must have a strong interest in sales/customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced challenging environment. In this service-based position, you will be presented with new and diverse challenges daily.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages communication with existing accounts regarding orders, shipments, and product changes.
- Assures that all orders are entered and shipped in a timely manner
- Troubleshoots challenges in ordering and/or deliveries
- Manages internal communication regarding orders and shipping
- Input of customer orders and applicable data entry
- Meets and greets clients and visitors
- Answers telephone and transfers to the appropriate staff member
- Other duties as assigned
COMPETENCIES:
- A strong aptitude for sales/customer service
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Well organized and able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Adept at problem solving and change
- Computer literacy particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word

Previous ERP experience preferred (Syteline CSI)
