Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The Busser/Runner position will help in creating a one-of-a-kind experience for both Beat The Bomb's customers and fellow team members through food service. Beat The Bomb's Busser/Runner will be tasked with running the guests food to their tables and helping clean up the area after the guest departs. They will also learn all of the other positions as it will be important for all team members to understand all elements of the Beat The Bomb operation.

• Back of House - Kitchen (BOH-K) Focus:

• • • Assist the Cooks with any kitchen duties
    • Assist the Cook staff with washing and returning all dishware to proper storage
    • Empty the trash as needed
    • Complete laundry wash/dry cycles throughout the shift
    • Folding and sorting

• Front of House - Beer Garden

• • Deliver food to guests tables
  • Assist guests with any additionally needed items
  • Bus tables after guests leave
  • Keep Beer Garden Area clean and free of Debris
  • Be a liaison between guests and management (assist managers in addressing operational opportunities by communicating them to management team)
