Beatdapp is a venture-backed startup delivering the most advanced music tracking technology in the world. Our industry-leading software helps music labels and artists track and audit their media streams for royalty payments. We’ve doubled in size this year and plan to continue hiring across our multiple offices. Customer Success Coach

As a Customer Success coach, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and success within Beatdapp’s platform. Working with the Operations team, you will be responsible for onboarding and training any new users and ensuring their ongoing success while using our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee the customer’s adoption, training and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value
  • Work closely with the Account Manager to implement success plans to ensure each account renews
  • Understand customer requirements, level of understanding of the service and corporate structure as it applies to Beatdapp’s platform rollout and adoption
  • Serve as a coach and trusted advisor to Beatdapp’s customers
  • Work across internal teams to coordinate different marketing projects across the company
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with all members of the team

Successful Candidates will have

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven success in onboarding new clients and ensuring their success
  • Proactive personality, and a desire to deliver your best work
  • Willingness to learn and create actionable insights from feedback given by our team
  • Confidence in their skills to solve novel problems
