Job Posting for Spa Coordinator at Beau Monde West Spa

For this position, you must have customer service experience. Reception and beauty/spa industry experience is a plus! We’re looking for someone with an outstanding personality, a great attitude, a team-player mentality, and a willingness to give 110%. This position is PART-TIME (average 17-22 hours a week), some evenings and weekends are required. The shift times vary from day to day. You must be flexible with the hours and days you're available. Pay is $12 an hour plus retail commissions. This is for a Spa Coordinator position only.

Responsibilities and expectations include but are not limited to:

  • Answer a multi-line phone and communicate via email
  • Book and confirm appointments
  • Cash handling
  • Greet clients and offer tours to all new clients
  • Perform janitorial duties such as laundry, taking the trash out, dusting, sweeping and mopping, watering plants, stocking supplies, etc.
  • Educate clients on products and retail
  • Perform make-up touchups and color matching (after proper training and education)
  • Inventory count, receiving, pricing, and facing shelves

Again, this position is PART-TIME (average 17-22 hours a week), some evenings and weekends are required. You must be flexible with the days your are available.

This is for a Spa Coordinator position ONLY.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
