Job Description: HydraFacial is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the daily workflow of the department. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Monitors, and assigns required tasks of Shipping, Receiving, Material Handlers Maintain warehouse reporting on related KPI’s; making new recommendations as needed. Maintains raw materials and finished goods storage areas by organizing floor space, recommending improvements. Evaluate and make recommendations to warehouse work processes through strategic planning to maintain/improve more efficient fulfillment system. Maintains staffing level to accomplish the warehouse mission in an effective and efficient manner. Involved in employee affairs. Including performance management and support career development of warehouse team members. Monitors a variety of operational information, such as “Mis picks” and “Productivity Reports” to ensure entire staff are meeting expectations and following preferred methods. Taking actions through coaching and counseling to correct behaviors while driving motivational initiatives. Creating and maintaining and enforcing department SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) Partnering and collaboration with internal departments and leaders; ensuring continues flow of raw materials and finished goods Enforce company safety policies and attend the safety meetings Support Cycle Count program as required Ensures adherence to company rules and policies regarding Safety, including but not limited to GMP’s and OSHA requirements. Miscellaneous projects and reporting as required by the Sr. Logistics Manager. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE: 5 Years of Warehouse Supervisor experience in Distribution OR Manufacturing environment Proven ability to supervise 40 team members Must have Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Forklift Certified, and will be the certified onsite trainer for operators Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Physical stamina, able to work long hours on one’s feet and can lift up to 40 pounds. Experience working with a WMS (Warehouse Management System), HighJump is a PLUS! Experience working with Netsuite, a PLUS! Experience in an ISO 13485 environment, a PLUS! (Base Salary Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000) An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
