SALON DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT: TRAVEL TIME IS 80% OF THE ROLE
· IN-PERSON MEETINGS WITH ACCOUNTS FOCUSING ON GOAL SETTING, TEAM ENGAGEMENT, AND EDUCATION.
· STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS TO BE ABLE TO PLAN OUT SCHEDULES MONTHLY.
· ACHIEVE SALES GOALS BY STRATEGICALLY PLANNING
· DEMONSTRATE SOLID OF SALES, PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, OPERATIONS, RETAIL MARKETING, AND BEAUTY INDUSTRY INSIGHT TO ENGAGE TEAM AND CONSUMERS.
· LEVERAGE TRAINING KNOWLEDGE TO DRIVE SALES.
· UTILIZE CRM (CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT) RESOURCES TO REACH OUT TO POTENTIAL NEW BUSINESS.
TRAINING/EDUCATION:
· DELIVER EFFECTIVE SALES STRATEGY BY PROVIDING FEEDBACK, AND PLANNING SELL THRU TO ENSURE TEAM AND CONSUMER BUY-IN.
· PLAN TRAINING/COACHING MODULES TO INSPIRE AND MOTIVATE TEAM MEMBERS WITH ALL BRANDS.
· STRONG PRESENTATION SKILLS TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE DELIVERY.
· PROMOTE MULTI-BRANDS TO INCREASE SALES BY PROVIDING EDUCATION. ENSURE TEAM IS WELL-VERSED IN PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND RETAIL SELLING SKILLS.
BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS:
· CREATE AND MAINTAIN A STRONG PARTNERSHIP WITH ALL ACCOUNTS.
· CONSTANT COMMUNICATION WITH LEADERSHIP AND SALON TEAM TO ENSURE ACHIEVEMENT OF GOALS.
· STRATEGICALLY PLAN SALES GOALS AND TRACK RESULTS. COMMUNICATE SUCCESSES AND OPPORTUNITIES TO THE TEAM.
· MAXIMIZE SALON SERVICE WHEEL: PROACTIVELY IDENTIFY INVENTORY NEEDS/CHALLENGES.
· STRENGTHEN MARKET SHARE BY IDENTIFYING TARGET ACCOUNTS TO CONVERT.
· UTILIZE RESOURCES FOR IN-DEPTH RESEARCH ON MARKET TRENDS, DEMOGRAPHICS, AND CONSUMER NEEDS.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2 YEARS OF FIELD SALES EXPERIENCE
· ABILITY TO MAXIMIZE SALES REVENUE IN ACCOUNTS BY UTILIZING STRATEGIC SELLING METHODS
· KNOWLEDGE OF THE SALON INDUSTRY AND CURRENT BEAUTY TRENDS
· SALES DRIVEN AND STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS
· SUPERIOR ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS WITH TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE
· ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK AND HAVE STRONG TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
· ABILITY TO FORESEE CHALLENGES AND CREATE AN ACTION PLAN TO MOVE PAST THEM
· EXEMPLIFY STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
