The Ticket Product Sales Agent is part of the Product Sales & Services (PSS) Department who delivers outstanding guest service while facilitating the sale of Summer Activities, Lift Tickets, Season Passes, Ski & Snowboard School lessons. As a PSS Sales Agent, you are part of the guest experience and the face of Vail Resorts! We are looking for guest experience focused individuals who are positive, outgoing, operate with a high level of computer proficiency, have a passion for the outdoors, while well-disciplined and take pride in their work
Requirements:
- Demonstrate Vail resorts core values:
- Punctual, in uniform, and adhere to the grooming policy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Aptitude to communicate fluently and effectively in English
- Be able to work independently
- Ability to stay calm and perform well in busy and stressful situations
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability.
- The ability to work effectively with dynamic and constantly changing information.
- Good knowledge of computer systems, Word, Excel and Outlook preferred
- Broad experience in various aspects of customer service preferred
- Team player, enthusiastic, positive attitude.
- Keen to learn new skills, open-minded.
- Able to work outside in a summer environment.
The budgeted range starts at $17.00-$20.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
