Job Summary:
A unique opportunity to join a small operations team at St James Place in Beaver Creek. Help manage vacation rental operations at St James Place. We are the main point of contact for guests and owners in our rental program. Work closely with onsite front desk, housekeeping and maintenance team to ensure we go above and beyond for all of our guests. Job Specifications:
- Outlet: St. James Place
- Expected Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.99 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, must be available to work holidays and weekends
- Skill Level: Intermediate
Job Responsibilities:
- Focused on providing exceptional guest services
- Work closely with guests and home owners
- Check guests in and out of system
- Answer phones and assist with pre-arrival communication
- Help resolve discrepancies with guest bills
- Help with monthly billing
- Unit inspections
- Work with onsite front desk, housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a small team
- Strong computer skills
- Friendly, reliable and able to problem solve
- Anticipate guest/owner needs
- Customer service experience desired
The expected pay range is $23.00 - $25.99. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
