• Starting Wage: $12.32 - 13.55 per hour
• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time

Guest Service Team Members are responsible for providing extraordinary hospitality and creating experiences of a lifetime. Enjoy perks such as playing golf, course discounts, retail, lodging, and restaurant discounts, career development and leadership classes, a Free Epic Pass, and more!

Responsibilities:

• Provide seamless service at the various golf course touchpoints: valet area, golf cart staging, practice areas, and golf course.
• Responsible for transporting golfers, starting play, assisting with golf carts and clubs, and monitoring pace of play on the course.
• Professionally and effectively communicate with fellow employees and guests.
• Dress in provided uniform for each shift.
• Manage company assets including rental clubs and golf carts.
• Clean golf carts, guest clubs and restrooms on course.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid U.S. Driver’s license – required.
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally in English – required.
• Previous guest service experience and excellent guest service skills – required.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and to lift heavy items weighing up to 50 pounds, such as two fully equipped golf bags, etc. – required.
• Flexible schedule including working weekends and holidays – required.
• Able to work on a team and be detail oriented – required.
• Able to work the entire season – required.
• Able to come for an in-person interview – preferred.
• Golf experience – preferred.

The budgeted range starts at $12.32 - $13.55. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
