Content Creator

The Content Creator is primarily responsible for creating unique content that represents the Beaver Toyota of Cumming brand well in order to attract and gain new business as well as retain our customer base.

This position is accountable for the following KPIs:

• Increase social media engagement and total followers

• MoM site visit growth

• Creative library organization and growth

The basic job duties for this position are as follows:

• Work with Marketing Director to create designs for digital, website, and video marketing

• Communicate weekly with GM & Marketing Director for needs and progress reports

• Support creative direction for marketing the Brand Promises

• Understand and execute creative assets based on OEM Co-Op Programs

The specific job duties for this position are as follows:

• Shoot, edit, and produce videos for use across video paid media platforms

• Post engaging content multiple times weekly across social media platforms

• Build library of content for YouTube and websites

• Engage other employees for video and photo projects

• Photograph all new employees within 1 week of start date

• Photograph lifestyle shots for social and digital media

• Special event photos as needed by management

• Design and implement YouTube and Facebook video campaigns

• Maintain marketing relationships with non-automotive marketers in local areas

• See addendum for weekly/monthly/quarterly creative minimums

4. Paternity Leave – The first two weeks of your newborn’s life is so important. To many people rush back to work because they just had a new baby and need to keep the check’s rolling in. We get that, but you need to be home supporting Mom. That’s why we pay 2 weeks Paternity Leave for our new Dads.
