What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker position at Beck Cabinet Company?
Local commercial cabinet manufacturer is currently seeking entry level and highly qualified candidates who are self-motivated and seek a career in the commercial cabinet and custom wood fabrication industry. Full-time positions are currently available Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off (unless otherwise needed to meet production demands). We are an equal opportunity employer. Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license. Compensation depends upon position and relevant experience.
Positions available below as of May 30, 2023.
Production Cabinet Maker (Entry Level & Experienced) - Primary job functions involve, but not limited to assembling commercial grade cabinets, drawer box assembly and helping with machining cabinet parts if needed. Eligible candidate must be willing to learn how to operate new types of machinery. Some heavy lifting is required.
Shipping and Receiving - This position will involve cleaning cabinets, loading semi-trailers, checking in materials. Fork lift experience is a plus. Some heavy lifting is required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Able to read and understand detailed blueprints, drawings and or verbal instructions
Exceptional work ethic
Great communication and documentation skills
Previous cabinet making or wood working experience a plus
Work efficiently with others as well as individually
Must provide basic non-powered hand tools
Ability to lift 50lbs
