Beck Industrial has a position available for a Sub-Assembly Worker

Essential Functions:

• Assembles electrical or hydraulic systems and installs components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using rivets, bolts, or soldering
• Positions, aligns, and adjusts parts or hoses for proper fit and assembly
• Inspects or tests wiring installations, assemblies, or circuits for resistance factors or for operation and records results
• Marks and tags components so that stock inventory can be tracked and identified
• Communicates supply needs to Sub Assembly Supervisor or Production manager
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not necessary
• 1 year previous manufacturing experience preferred

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail with good organization skills while working with deadlines
• Ability to be at work as scheduled
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing (English)

Physical Conditions & Work Environment:

• Position requires working in a shop environment
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance
• Ability to use hands, fingers, bend, stoop, crawl, twist, stretch, see, hear, and to stand up to 10 hours a day
• Ability to work overtime
