Salary range is $14 - $15 hourly

Food Prep/Kitchen Associate Primary Duties:
- Prep assigned items
- Prepare all food items following standard recipes and procedures
- Detects and ensures disposal of spoiled or unattractive food, defective supplies/equipment, and/or other unusual conditions
- Provides services to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Assures menu items are prepared in sufficient quantities to satisfy volumes and not wasteful
- Maintain cooking line in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner
- Maintain personal health and sanitation standards (wash hands after using restroom, etc.)
- Assist in an entire team effort
- Performs other duties as directed
Reports to: Kitchen Manager and/or Store Manager
Food Prep/Kitchen Associate Physical Requirements:
- Stands during entire shift
- Frequently reaches, bends, stoops, lifts, shakes, stirs, pours, carries and pushes
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including stock and register area
- Ability to operate all equipment
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Lifts up to 40 lbs
