Beck Technology is looking for an enthusiastic sales leader to hire and develop a team of Account Executives, to capitalize on the unique opportunity we have ahead of us. This position will manage multiple priorities, help build strategic plans to ensure the success of their team and motivate each employee to be the best version of themselves, every single day. A successful Regional Sales Leader will take initiative in attracting the best talent, help their team navigate the strategic sales process successfully, and build a healthy culture of urgency around successfully closing deals.
Although this position is based in Dallas, TX, we have a hybrid work environment and support flexible and full-time remote team members. We are looking for someone to join our team immediately.

Understands the importance of MEDDICC and how to use it successfully
Must be PG focused
Ability to forecast accurately on a monthly basis
Must have an overall sense of urgency and influence the team to do the same
