Beck Technology is looking for an enthusiastic sales leader to hire and develop a team of Account Executives, to capitalize on the unique opportunity we have ahead of us. This position will manage multiple priorities, help build strategic plans to ensure the success of their team and motivate each employee to be the best version of themselves, every single day. A successful Regional Sales Leader will take initiative in attracting the best talent, help their team navigate the strategic sales process successfully, and build a healthy culture of urgency around successfully closing deals.


Although this position is based in Dallas, TX, we have a hybrid work environment and support flexible and full-time remote team members. We are looking for someone to join our team immediately.

Must be passionate about mentoring and leading people

Must have the ability to inspire people to be the best version of themselves

Must seek to develop genuine relationships across their team & the company

Must value and display integrity & honesty in all situations

Must proactively look for ways to continually improve their team, their deals, and their overall part of the business

Must have demonstrated strong software sales previously

Ideally has led a sales team successfully

Must incorporate empirical data when making decisions

Understands the importance of MEDDICC and how to use it successfully

Must be PG focused

Ability to forecast accurately on a monthly basis

Must have an overall sense of urgency and influence the team to do the same
