Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska that is seeking talented Medical Surgical Registered Nurses.

To serve this mission, you will be delivering quality nursing care while utilizing critical thinking skills according to nursing best practice standards.
As an RWHS Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will:
Work with a 1:5 or 1:6 ratio
Assist with care of general medical patients and also provide care for patients before and after surgical producers
Change dressings, start IVs, assess drains, insert catheters and do so much more
Appropriately assess patients progress and provide updates to the provider, patient and families
Adapt positively to fluctuating workload to maximize patient care and unit effectiveness.
You may be a good fit if you have:
Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
A compact or State of Nebraska Registered Nurse License
American Heart Association s BLS certification upon hire
