The Door Greeter is responsible for greeting incoming customers, answering their questions and deterring theft through good customer service.
The Door Greeter directs customers where to bring merchandise to be returned, assists in getting them to the correct departments within the store, maintains a safe environment within the store and thanks them upon leaving. The Door Greeter maintains their presence through standing in the front vestibule for extended periods of time to ensure they are available to customers.
