Schedule: M-F 7:00am-3:30pm (with a 30-minute lunch); may need additional availability on occasion for special projects, etc.
Salary: $18.27 - $40.00 per hour (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law)

About the Position:
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for working with management to Plan, Organize, Prioritize, and Support the receiving, storage, issuing, picking, and fulfillment of all orders. Serves as lead over one or more warehouse functions; trains and provides guidance to assigned work areas.
What's Expected (including but not limited to):
- Expected to have full knowledge, cross-train, and perform duties in all four of the main functional areas of Warehouse Operations; Receiving, Special Events/Projects/New Customer Rollouts, Picking Orders (E-Comm, LTL, and Small Pack), and Fulfillment.
- Provide training support for new hires in all four main functional areas of Warehouse Operations.
- Ability to audit and QC outbound shipments.
- Support inventory cycle counting as needed.
- Act as a Bedgear brand and values ambassador to promote a positive culture within the Warehouse team.
- Promote a positive safety culture by supporting safety initiatives, including ensuring safety compliance within your assigned work area (i.e., pre-shift forklift inspections)
- Communicating with Managers and other department heads to ensure that orders are fulfilled and put away in an accurate and timely manner.
- Working with and supporting teammates to ensure that department KPI’s are met.
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
- 3 years of warehouse experience required
- ERP/Netsuite experience a plus
- RF Scanner experience required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have strong basic computer skills
