About this role
Udemy has implemented Workday to support our growth & scale. As part of our Business Systems team, the ideal candidate will be an experienced, dynamic business leader with a technologist background to support Workday product strategy and enhancements to improve the Workday experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborating with our people team and IT on how to best use Workday at Udemy to build an employee centric engagement model across multiple modules in Workday.
- Be a subject matter expert in at least two modules of Workday, owning the development of solutions for Udemy globally.
- Assess and drive new feature adoption in people systems through developing and owning product roadmap in collaboration with business partners.
- Partner with other internal departments such as Learning & Development, Compensation, People Operations, and Employee Experience to ensure data accuracy and drive engaging employee experiences through continuous improvement
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation, and overall system performance, including regression testing and ongoing process improvement.
- Understanding the business process of the customer and playing the role of advocate for customer needs
What you’ll have
- Demonstrated 5 years experience in developing HR processes and technology.
- Functional experience with multiple Workday modules (Talent Optimization, Learning, or Performance)
- Experience in implementing Talent Intelligence tools and familiarity with skills taxonomy development and integration
- Experience influencing cross functional working groups in order to deliver on projects. Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines/SLAs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team and maintain confidential and highly sensitive information.Ability to apply Design Thinking principles to continuously capture the voice of the customer and consider their unique needs, preferences and experiences.
