```Duties```
- Greet customers and provide them with assistance in finding products or answering their questions
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers
- Handle financial transactions accurately
- Process customer returns and exchanges following company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively educate customers
```Requirements```
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean sales floor
- Previous experience with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling financial transactions
- Knowledge of mattress sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
