Job Description: We are seeking a motivated, empathetic and customer-focused Weekend Phone Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Phone Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support. Your excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer inquiries will be vital in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer satisfaction.
SHIFT: MONDAY-FRIDAY 9a-6p
What we need done:

- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers through inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and accurately.
- Schedule appointments for Plumbing and HVAC services, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Gather necessary information from customers to facilitate timely and effective service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and service logs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of customer issues.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about services, pricing, and company policies.
- Actively listen to customers, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Use assumptive language to ensure customers know they have called the right team.
- Handle customer escalations with empathy and professionalism.
- Continuously strive to improve customer service skills through training and development opportunities.
