What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Sales Representative position at BeeperMD?
We, at BeeperMD, are looking for Sales Representatives who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and upsell to our new customer accounts. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Sales representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary by providing them with all products & services we offer.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming/outbound calls
- $18/hour for the first month then $12/hour commission
- Sign up appointments including recurring appointments
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Skills
- Proven customer sales experience (1 year Min)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Expected salary: Up to 70k per year
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
- 5/days a week 7:00am-3pm or 12:00pm-8:00pm that will include one weekend day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
