What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Consultant position at Behavior Change Success Corp?
Behavior Change Success and Denise Wright Licensed Behavior Analyst PLLC is an agency that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our supportive, inclusive culture helps every individual reach their highest potential.
We are seeking experienced BEHAVIOR CONSULTANTS with 2-3 years hands on experience working in the school and home.
We have cases all around Nassau County, with a few in Suffolk County. A therapist must be able to commute around Long Island.
Cases we assign could be: Monday - Friday morning hours before school, after school, and weekends.
We are flexible but Therapist must be reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Parent Training
- Implement programs written by the case supervisor
- Assist in foresting autonomy with dignity and respect
- Complete case documentation
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
- Follow the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
- Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
