Position: Client Services Coordinator (Scheduling)

Availability: Full Time (Monday through Friday) 8:30AM-5:30PM

Hourly Rate: $19-$21 plus monthly bonus

Location: El Segundo, CA

Job Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Ability to work in a high paced, competitive, performance-based environment

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all scheduling function for an assigned region
• Identify ways to optimize authorized hours throughout an assigned region
• Identify times to “make up” missed sessions
• Communicate schedule changes and offer solutions to maximize hours rendered
• Communicated frequently and often with clients and BTs,
• Support the new hire BTs by providing office and field training schedules
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the scheduling department
• Review Scheduling Dashboard weekly
  • Ensuring you are meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
    • 120% Scheduled Percent of Authorized Hours (per region and overall)
    • 85% < Rendered Percent of Authorized Hours (per region and overall)
    • Growing rendered hours by 5% MoM
• Conducting improvement/planning meetings with your manager when KPI’s are not being met
• Spot-check schedules, MeasurePM for errors/missed opportunities
• Interface and collaborate with other departments and teammates in pursuit of client and hours growth for assigned region
• Follow scheduling policies and processes
• Follow COVID-19 protocols and policies
• Organize and maintain all assigned regions
• Other duties as assigned
