Clinical Supervisors at Behavioral Framework will:
- Train and oversee a dedicated team of BTs and RBTs through both telehealth and in-person modalities.
- Craft and implement highly personalized behavior intervention programs tailored to the unique needs of each child, incorporating both behavior acquisition and reduction programs grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments to inform comprehensive intervention strategies.
- Deliver impactful parent training to empower families in supporting their child's development.
- Offer mentorship, supervision, and support to both clients and staff.
- Facilitate clinic meetings as necessary, ensuring transparent and thorough communication of information to both staff and families.
- Engage in weekly update meetings with the Program Director to maintain alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure contracts and billable hours are completed in accordance with funding sources and designated amounts.
- Supervise communication with families and staff to guarantee the attainment of treatment hours.
- Provide consistent and reliable case management, fostering collaboration with families and teachers within the parameters of funding requirements.

- Current BCBA license.
- A Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Availability to travel 25% of the time to the Washington D.C. area is essential (company pays for travel expenses).
- Experience in supervising staff at various levels.
- Experience in training field staff effectively.
- Expertise in Systematic Teaching, Verbal Behavior, and Naturalistic Environment Teaching.
- Familiarity with VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland standardized assessments.
- Background in working with diverse family systems.
- Capable of performing various physical activities, including but not limited to standing and sitting for extended periods, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills are essential.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing 100lbs or more.
