What are the responsibilities and job description for the Harvest Home Recovery Aide Full-Time or Part-Time for night shift - up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! position at Behavioral Health Resources?
Recovery aides provide general support and
oversight of women who are in an inpatient substance use disorder program and
whom are also either pregnant or parenting. This is a 24/7 program with shifts
that include days, evenings, weekends and on-call.
Compensation: $19.51 - $25.87 per hour depending on experience and
qualifications PLUS shift differential for swing shift $1.75 per hour, for
nights $3 per hour and for weekends $1 per hour. Full-time employees are
eligible for exceptional benefits including holiday pay, vacation and sick
leave accruals, contribution to a retirement plan, reimbursement of
credentialing expenditures, education funds. Part-time
20 plus hours/week positions are eligible for pro-rated sign-on bonus and
benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- While no longer required, as a health care provider BHR highly recommends applicants and employees are fully vaccinated against Covid.
