Behavioral Perspective (BPI) is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA organization dedicated to providing exemplary and much needed therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism. We are currently searching for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of growing professionals. How will you make an impact?
- Develop and maintain current learner programming, data analysis, assessments, and programmatic changes
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments for all learners in your caseload
- Manage a caseload of learners receiving behavior analytic services both in-home and in-clinic
- Supporting a team of Behavior Technicians
- Providing coaching to parents and caregivers on client specific goals
We are looking for people who:
- Have a Master s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Have a BCBA certification
- At least 1 year(s) of experience working as a BCBA with individuals with Autism (preferred)
- 1-2 years of ABA experience (preferred)
