Behavior Technician Experience Disclaimer

\n- Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in a home-based setting
- Collect data and implement treatment plans individualized for each child
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client
- At least 1 year of ABA experience (If you do not have experience, we offer a free training course!)
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) (Nice to have)
- A passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
- Bilingual skills a plus but not required
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Background check
- Available in the afternoon/early evening (Weekends a plus)
- Hourly Pay: $23 - $26 per hour (Location and Experience)
